SHIPPING POLICY

I ship orders within the same business week as you order. Once I've posted it it's down to the Royal Mail service to deliver your parcel, and I'm not responsible for any damage caused to your product during shipping. Refer to the royal mail website to see shipping durations for your region/country. All my shipping prices are taken from the royal mail website, as this is the postal service I use to send your parcels.

I always send parcels within the business week except for orders placed on Fridays, and if your parcel has not arrived as expected after this time + your expected royal mail shipping time then unfortunately I cannot help you. If I were a big company then I would probably be able to send you a replacement, but it's just me, therefore I cannot afford to send replacements for items lost in the mail. Really sorry about that.

However, if your parcel arrives but is damaged/broken, then send me an email with proof of this and I can send you a replacement. My policy is different in this circumstance because it's difficult to prove something never arrived.
